Regular.
Today is the day I finally get to brew this beer! It seems like after so many rescheduled brewdays recently I would miss the opportunity to make this in time from drinking this summer! Fortunately it seems that summer is running late too so perhaps it'll be ok?!
The recipe is:
Grains & Adjuncts
Amount Percentage Name Time Gravity
0.50 kg 9.09 % Caramel/Crystal Malt - 10L 60 mins 1.035
5.00 kg 90.91 % Pale Malt, Maris Otter 90 mins 1.038
Hops
Amount IBU's Name Time AA %
15.00 g 13.06 Brewers Gold 60 mins 8.00
10.00 g 14.36 Citra 60 mins 13.20
15.00 g 10.70 Citra 15 mins 13.20
15.00 g 6.48 Brewers Gold 15 mins 8.00

Ooh and I'll be using US-05 dried yeast for this beer.
I don't usually post brewday write ups on here as we'll as my blog (too much writing!) but I'll link through the pics on this occasion!
Off to heat the HLT now, fingers crossed will be all done in time for BBQ at 1pm!
