Was in Aldi today, they have some 12 litre stock pots for £19.99. Not the cheapest but they have solid bottoms.
If I hadn't just bought a 15 litre I would have been tempted.

If it was this one;The Wilkos ones were 12 quid recently (bought one for a friend), and I'm sure I only paid 10 for mine - they're induction compatible too.

Its not induction compatable.
Weird that they advertise it as non compatible. Do magnets stick easily to the bottom?
I was in Wilko today on a whim. They had 12ltr stock pots that were actually recessed in the middle just where the element or coil would be on the hob lifting that part of the bottom up by about 3 mm. Would not have worked at all on our ceramic, no way of it making contact. I can only think it has been designed that way so that it makes good contact with a raised element.
I have just taken delivery of this pot CLICK HERE This is a very solid pot and I would say well worth the money. :)
