Apple and Pear TC

Morrisons are selling these at half price so I thought I would do another Turbo Cider.

4.5 Liters of 100% Apple and Pear (from concentrate)
1 Tsp Pectolase
1 Tsp Yeast Nutrient
1 Tsp Glycerine
½ cup of strong black tea
Wilko's wine yeast (I don't have any cider yeast so thought give it a go)

OG 1.050 @ 17°c
