backer element back nuts

i have a boiler built by muddy disco that i have not used for about 9 months
as i brew in the winter for the summer
but i have 1 element leaking as the nut will not tighten on the back of the element
the threads seem to be knackered
can i get replacment nuts from anywhere

You can use a KM8 locknut, have a search you'll find them.

That is a bit steep i didnt get that far as to looking at delivery costs. Depends how desperate you are in need i suppose
