Been out this morning foraging and collected 1.6kg of blackberries.
My first thought was to include them in a stout, but I'm not so sure now. Maybe a bitter, and dry hop using Bramling Cross.
Any suggestions would be helpful, including the amount of blackberries to use.
I'll be making the brew using a kit.
