That's the plan, wether it will turn that way is a different story. I picked up some black to throw in because it was nowhere near dark enough. Now it's just waiting game for everything to arrive and hopefully I can my first AG on the go Thursday.

any particular reason your brewing to 2% strength ??

The idea is based on a stout I had at a beer festival and dated back to when beer was brewed at low strengths purely because it was cleaner than drinking water.

Hello guys,

After a very exciting and successful day I thought I'd chuck up a quick photo of how my layout looks now, I added a 50 litre mash tun to the mix and did my first brew yesterday as seen in my other topic. So here we are, finished...for the time being:

Also, my Polypins are missing from the picture as they are in my room waiting for their time to come.
