Brewferm Christmas Dark Belgian

I'm going to be making this kit ASAP.

Any suggestions on extras or different method or do I brew it to instructions?

I'm also planning one of these but for Christmas 2017. The general consensus of the Brewferm kits is that they should be bottle conditioned for a minimum of 6 months and longer than that is even better. So you might be a bit late with it for this year.

As for making it I intend following the instructions as these kits are supposed to be pretty exceptional as is.
