Hi, I'm after a bit of advice on the best way of keeping the fermenting process at a constant temperature. I only have the cupboard under the stairs at the moment but I fear it may be too cool, I don't want to spend a fortune.... Any ideas?
Cheers

Hi!
A tubular heater and an Inkbird controller are reasonably inexpensive.
A light bulb in a coffee can, or similar, is a good way of providing a gentle heat, but make sure that no light can escape.

The builders trug solutions works a treat - went away last weekend not thinking it would get so cold and turned off the boiler. When I got back the house was a chilly 14C, checked the water in the builder's trug which had the FV in it and it was a toasty 20C.

I have set aside a space under the stairs for my fermentor only issue with this method is that my fuse board is also under the stairs just a little bit concerned about moisture getting into the box
