Hi,
Can anyone explain why beers in a bottle or a barrel have to be left for a period time to condition (not carbonate) whilst it seems to me that beers that are put into Kegs and/or forced carbed don’t need conditioning.
Is that correct? When I did a local brewery tour recently I was told that once the beer is kegged it’s shipped out to the pubs immediately,
Apologies if this is a daft question, I’m just trying to get my head around it.
