Coopers Stout, how long before first sip

Just wondering how long before I can try first bottle ,the waiting game,any ideas, made Saturday,will bottle this Friday

Tried my first one after 2 weeks in the bottle and it wasn't bad. Oddly, mine has been bottled for about 8 weeks now and I think it was nicer at 2 weeks than it is now.

week sounds fine if your temp was good throughout and let it sit in bottle for a week before you try first one then leave rest and try another next week you will find they improve with age so get your next kit on the go as soon as you can then you will know exactly how long you want o leave the next batch. coopers stout is good when young but very good longer you can resit the temptation to let it sit.
