Demijohn transfer to keg

Hi, I'm looking to start C02 transferring from my demijohn to my keg but I can't find anywhere that sells the cap/valve/cane setup. Can these even be bought as a single lot or is it kit form or just a case of buying everything separate and putting it together yourself? Any advice or help much appreciated
