Do I need to re steralise my corny from soda water to beer

the other day I had a gap when there was no beer ready to keg so i steraliser my keg and filled it with water and carbonated it cause the missus likes soda water. Now I have a beer ready to keg do I need to re steralise ? it's only had water and co2 in. I'm thinking not but is that my lazy side of the brain doing the thinking?

You should sterilise even if its only had water in. Just to be sure there are no nasties in there

+1 do you really want to skip it and lose a whole cornie full cos you were lazy.

your right I'm gonna just swish it out with videne and run some through the tap to sanitise it because it's defiantly clean just not sterile
