Hi all I brewed a stout yesterday it is now fermenting but when I checked in it this morning there is beer in the airlock and all over the top of the lid it looks like it's come out around the bung? Also the lid seems to be pushed outwards.ive attached a picture so you can see thanks.

Loosen the lid to let the pressure out. Clean up the mess with some clean kitchen roll. Pull out the airlock and invert a glass over the hole until the fermentation settles down.
You can leave the lid loose at this stage, there's no need for it to be airtight. I have a specially scrubbed housebrick to use as a weight just to keep the lid in place.
