Dumping yeast

First beer brew in monkbrew fermenter.

Hi, I am a first time brewer and have 23l of an English Ale type beer in my monkmaster (liqour went in 3 days ago and fermenting well at 20 degrees). I am a bit confused on whether I should be dumping yeast (NB not looking to re-use it) or not. If this is recommended, when should I do this. I expect the wort to have finished its primary fermentation in 4 or 5 days.
