Hi all, I left my bulldog mixed berry cider in primary for ten days, added finings and kegged when it was almost completely clear a few days later.
However there is still quite a sulphur smell when I poured a sample today. Will this eventually go with time ?
I have read you can "wash" the cider through with co2 by connecting gas to beer out and bubbling co2 through the cider by releasing prv. It says you shouldn't do it with ale because it may remove hop aromas, but I am guessing with cider, this wouldn't matter.
Anyone got any views on this ? Cheers, matt
