elderberry and blackberry

I've just racked my wine to secondary as per recipe advice from moley and sean_mc and it is smelling great. Really looking forward to trying this one in a few months.

Final recipe

2kg blackberries
1kg elderberries
250 grams raisins
2.6 kg sugar
citric acid
pectulose
black tea (tannin)
yeast nutrient

That's a lot of elderberries, how did it go?

i made up the same recipe minus the raisins and its as clear as a bell. It looks fantastic but its been sitting for a while so could do with another racking.

i'll post a photo if anyones interested

yeh its looking good but i havnt tasted it yet i heard elderberries are best left as long as possible.
