Been a busy boy Snail.

I think its time I got my **** into gear and built my AG brewery. Its not as if I have to buy any copper now because I did a good turn for a guy down the road and after mentioning I was looking for offcuts and fittings (he's a plumber :whistle: ), he said write a list and he will give me them for free.

Bottled the Ginger & Lemon today and it has turned out realy nice. The Peppermint is refusing to clear fully even though it has had 2 doses of finnings (but that might be because I put the finnings in the wrong way round first time ). Racked it off again and going to give it another week.
