I have been Homebrewing since 1986, I started out with kits from Boots chemists, and hedgerow wines. I then moved into meads and Modifying kits with steeped grains, fruit, and eventually went into AG in 1992. I have a brewing channel on the Youtube, though not loaded a while, but will be starting up again. I usually have at least 2 beers on the go and a few aging(thats the secret to great beer, patience) and a few meads or wines made from the allotment produce. There is a lack of Homebrew Club in the area, maybe try and get one started. I been at this a while and I am still learning but have great knowlege have learned over the yrs, its nice to share with others. Cheers.
