Hello! We are new to home brewing- we did a white wine kit that was fabulous, drinking it now! We then did a red wine one and the problem is that it is not fermenting in the same way- there is no bubbling in the airlock (the previous wine bubbled noisily!) We took the lid off, and it has started to ferment. We made it 2 weeks ago, and I think the problem is that when we started it off it was in our utility room which is not heated. We have now moved it to the kitchen. Should we be doing anything/ adding anything? Is it ruined? Any help would be really appreciated, thanks.

hi , welcome . I'm not a wine brewer (as yet ) but i think you should be fine , you've just slowed it down as it was poss too cold . you want around 20c and try to maintain a constant temp if poss . Many here do wine etc so they may be of more help .
