New member, hi all, new to brewing not tried any since my elder brother brewed some back in the 80's. That was grim. Just trying kits atm, then onwards and upwards. Looking to do some sparkling rose at some point so any advice would be welcome. So far brewed 23 litres of stout and 23 of winter warmer, 6 bottle merlot on the go. All wilko stuff not bad so far.
