Hello all not so new to brewing as I have done one of the kits before a youngs red wine(very nice) and I wanted to get back into brewing I got an apple cider kit and 5 gallon barrol for xmas:) I can't remember the make of the kit but I'll post it when I finish work
I have to admit I did get some alcotech 48 hour turbo yeast that say it can make 20% in 5 days .
So here's hoping is going to be nice and strong with a gd flavour
