Hi everyone, after many years away from the homebrew scene I've started to get the urge to start brewing again and stumbled across this great site.
I originally started getting into homebrew after making a few dodgy kits which consisted of a small amount of malt extract and a lot of sugar so very disappointing. I then purchased a Dave Line book and worked my way through some of his recipes with great results, using malt extract, grains and hops.
I moved on to full mash recipes using yeast rescued from a live beer and was very impressed so I'm planning to get back into that again when I've sourced a few items eg a decent boiler.
Great site btw, lots of good info. :drink:
