Would it be ok to use pale malt along with lager malt as I haven’t got enough lager malt to make a raspberry wheat beer

Yeah, I can't see a problem with that. I didn't use any lager malt in mine and it's lush.

I sub out base malts (Pale malt, Lager Malt, Maris Otter) without noticing much difference. If you make a Raspberry Wheat Beer, it will taste, first and foremost, of rapsberries. It won't last long, that's for sure!

I made 10L of raspberry wheat beer as follows
1000g wheat malt
1500g Pilsner
200g acid malt
10g challenger 60m
1000g thawed raspberries 2 days into fermentation

Smoked malt is sometimes called "peated malt" or "Rauchsmalt" but as it is basically dried in contact with smoke, there is no actual substitute as far as I am aware.

GH has a Smoked Porter recipe and I did it once (stress "once") and it was drinkable after a while.
