Brewed a West Coast IPA for a change. Thought I'd veer away from the haze for once.
Not even dry hopped yet and looks super hazy and juicy which I wasn't seeking Think the Lallemand BRY97 I used could be a good Neipa yeast

It's a West Coast yeast, more neutral so would t be a good Neipa yeast but looks like it's biotransforming. Dropping temp tomorrow and dry hopping so I'll see what happens
