I was thinking of doing an American ipa with grapefruit sometime soon, as I like rubus grapefruit IPA from aldis and brewdog's Elvis juice.
I picked up 200g of minstrel and of jarrylo hops in a bargain bin of my local home brew shop and they've been in my freezer ever since. Has anyone any experience of these hops? Could either of them be any use?
