I’ve started extract brewing with a small kettle and keg king chubby.
I’m looking for any suggested recipes & advice on high gravity brewing. I’d like to use the Chubby to get a 4/5% abv lager in a 50 litre / 1/2 barrel keg.
I understand that the keg can have 30-40% water added.
What kind of starting gravity would I need and how much water in the keg? How many extra IBU’s would I need in the kettle?
