larger brewing temps

whats the best temps to brew larger ?

Hiya mate , you need to have a look at different parts of the forums , you will get a answer if you post in Beer Brewing Discussions But i will answer this one , your doing tin jobs as i seen when i paid you a visit , the temps for these are around the 22C mark because they use Ale yeast , if your using a yeast that dosen't come with the tin jobby ... the likes of Saflager S23 yeast ... this is the yeast i use with All Grain , then the temp is 12C , Oh well hope this answers your question ... if not post this same question in ( Beer Brewing Discussions )
