New Brewery

Hello everybody.
"A new Brewery is born."
I have just completed my shed brewhut, and am currently getting the kit up and running.
I will be doing 25 l batches of mostly old english strong beers and Barley wines, with the occasional lager style. When I get some more practice with the kit, I might try some of the Belgian Lambic styles. My ambition is to brew a beer as close as possible to Guinness Foreign Extra Export.
