Hi- from York- been doing kits for approx. 20 years- that's all.
Don't have the time to mash etc...but would like to in the future.
Tend to make batches of 5 kegs at one go for ease...but also find that my consumption always closes in on the fermentation /standing time. No matter how much I brew.. its like the period of time allocated to complete a piece of work always expands / contracts to the allocated time...ALWAYS!
is anyone else like this...or should I book into my Dr ?

ok- question
Kornikegs- I have been using for approx. 2 years
Lager- coopers "Grolsch" style- once kegged- whats the shortest time before being fit to drink?
I'm in a rush 10 days!
