Just put a larger on on Friday first time in years so hopefully it's good one. Today I got 4 DJ glass jars of the carboot. So I am now thinks of having a go a some wine, so will be looking for some advice in the near future. Been looking at this forum for a while and it look good so took the plunge and joined. If you are looking to make seasonal country wine (rather than a wine kit) then elderflowers are out now & have possibly 2 more weeks of availability (south of england - will be available for an extra week or so up north)
