Hi all,

Just joined up tonight after reading a lot of really good threads.

Recently decided to jump straight into AG brewing with limited experience. Done 2 brews so far. First was a hefeweizen which turned out very well, the second was a mexican style lager for light corona-style beer, building all the bits as I go. Good wee project, building a boiler, mash-tun and wort chiller along with temperature monitoring devices with my Raspberry Pi.

I've now got 2 cornies too, the lager has gone into one today, I did a ginger beer that I'm putting into the other in a day or so which should hopefully see me through Christmas.

Did a load of kits years ago so this is quite a jump to go straight into AG, but reading lots along the way, taking onboard other people's advice and recommendations.
