Had a free day today, and decided to do a brew.
Unfortunately things have come up and I've ended up with my 3yr old son for most of the day.
Started the mash 3 hours ago but obviously I can't sparge until the wife gets home to look after the little one. This means I'd be boiling late into the evening which I don't really want to do.
Is it possible to sparge later today, collect the runnings and boil tomorrow morning?
Thanks J

I have done this before , no real difference (maybe a little) except darker than expected . I wouldn't want to risk it often but if needs must it'll be fine just make sure as much as poss is sterile , bloody bacteria grows quickly .

Thanks Pittsy. Wife back, water almost up to temp. Should be finished by 8ish. So not so bad. Good to know I can boil next day if necessary.
