I've just completed an Adnams clone and when drawing off the wort after boiling it seemed to have a lot of protein still suspended in it? Normally my Wort runs off really clear (after taking off the first few litres)
Will this eventually settle out or will i have a haze to my beer? :wha:

If you had clear wort with small particles of break material (protein etc) suspended in it, then yes it will clear :thumb:
If on the other hand it was just cloudy wort then it will still probably clear, but you may have to wait a while ;)

After fermentation crash cool to 2 or 3 c and add some aux finings of you think you might have a protein haze issue.

thanks for the advice :thumb:
When fermentation has stopped i'll check for a haze, and then crash cool if necessary.
:D
