Hello.
I used to brew in the past but somehow lost my way, but suddenly got the urge to start brewing again yesterday.
Dragged all my equipment out from the past and fortunately I'd thoroughly cleaned everything before I stored it away. :thumb:
My beer brewing in the past was always done using malt extracts and Ken Shales recipies but I've decided to become an all grain brewer, I've already been reading up on here about DIY mash tuns and I'm about to do some research on boilers.
I've bought an all grain kit today, Fugelestou Ales... 'Pride of Fulstow' so I'm on my way. :)
I'm from near Louth in Lincolnshire.
