Hello Forum
New brewer (apart from failed attempt in the 80s) from sunny Liverpool signing on.
New Coopers Starter Kit with Coopers English Bitter on day 5 in FV and looking good.
Thinking about next brew:
Looking for a light coloured bitter, strong in alcohol with plenty of hoppiness; a premium (all malt kit)?
Any suggestions?

Hi welcome

Maybe look at Youngs American craft range, you could get the American Pale Ale 5.6% , everything in the box, you will get a dry hop with it too ti give it a big hop burst.. or their American Amber Ale which was the last kit I did and it was pretty good, very grapefruity..
