My cerveza has been in the fv for 7 days and fermentation is complete. Would it be a good idea to transfer to another fv completely sealed for a few weeks. Maybe even in my shed? Then bottle after a week or 2?

Thanks in advance

in my opinion yes. clear it off the trub and leave for a couple of weeks in a warmish place, then cool it for a week. You will find the brew sheds a load of muck that can be left behind when you do come to bottle or keg.

Nope. Just a fv with a sealed lid.

That sounds like a plan piddle. I'll transfer it then after a few weeks I'll stick it in my shed. I'm in Scotland so every day is a cold one lol

do they sell a lot of blankets up your way ? he heee
