Planning to brew this tomorrow...it's basically a Nelson Sauvin version of an all Citra brew I did that came out great.

The Full Nelson (NZ Pale Ale)

Original Gravity (OG): 1.054 (°P): 13.3
Final Gravity (FG): 1.014 (°P): 3.6
Alcohol (ABV): 5.31 %
Colour (SRM): 7.2 (EBC): 14.1
Bitterness (IBU): 49.1 (Average)

83.93% (4.7 kg) Maris Otter Malt
5.36% (300g) Caramalt
5.36% (300g) Carapils (Dextrine)
5.36% (300g) Wheat Malt

30g Nelson Sauvin (12.6% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
20g Nelson Sauvin (12.6% Alpha) @ 10 Minutes (Boil)
30g Nelson Sauvin (12.6% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Steep)
20g Nelson Sauvin (11.5% Alpha) @ 0 Days (Dry Hop)


Single step Infusion at 67°C for 90 Minutes. Boil for 60 Minutes

Fermented at 18°C with Safale US-05

any comments? I know it might be full on NS taste & not it's everyone's cup o' tea but I want to really experience the NS flavour
 
As I said yesterday Dave I'll be very interested in this so please save me a bottle.

Great name. On the way home we followed a stobarts lorry with earl Crabtree on the back so I ended up trying to explain Saturday afternoon ITV wrestling and big daddy etc. bless the kids it made no sense!
 
Well it's tucked away in the fermenting fridge now so I'll find out soon enough if I like Nelson Sauvin

Have even worked out the label (ignore the dates & gravities they're to be filled in later)
