Hi guys this might be a daft question but i am a complete Noob . Is pure fresh juice any better than juice from concentrate ? :wha: for Turbo Cider .
regards.

If you use juice it should be free of adatives and preservatives. Aldi "fresh" juice 65p a ltr from the chiller cabinet is what i have made my first experimental batch on. Also found Asda long life apple juice 76p a ltr is also free of added extras.

Although its recommended to add tanin as the concentrated juice is low in this.

TBH you will be "hard pressed" to find any juice, fresh, longlife, etc that isnt made from concentrate. or if you do it will be silly money.
