Can someone give me recipe for a strawberry turbo cider made with lowicz cyrup 4.5 ltr batch please thanks.

Could I use a 11g pack of cider yeast to a 23ltr batch or is this to much

You can do. I use the same as Roddy, the ebay sourced cider yeast 8g pack sith E950 sweetener. If you put 11g in it won't hurt but you could perhaps almost half that and be ok.
