Evening all.
As the title says I'll be using hop pellets to dry hop a kit lager intend to make.
Thing is do i defrost them first or just fling them in and let the brew defrost and brrak them up??

Cheers all

I have heard a tale about letting the hops stand out for 24 hours then all this nasty gunk evaporates and the hops are betterer but I've never done an experiment.

3 minutes into that. He reckons myrcene is the nasty oil - hmmmm. I would try a split batch, though, for the shiggles, but normally straight out of the freezer into the vat unless I'm doing a hop tea.
