Phew, that's better.
I wouldn't normally,
but I had a dire need of a small (Not very) Czechish pale ale.
Made some Japanese Spicy noodles gifted by my son and Japanese d-in-l.
I inhaled some of the very hot (temp and chilli and pepper) soup base.
Result was the most excruciating choking coughing fit that required the ale to calm.
Oh, and my eyes watered up, so I rubbed them.
Unfortunately I still had remnants of the neat chilli soup base concentrate on my fingers, so got some chilli pepper traces in my eyes.
So then they stung And watered uncontrollably.
Thankfully the mild flavours of malt and Saaz hops have helped calm things down.
Phew, that's better.

Not a great pic but this a Vienna lager, recipe was shared by @Cheshire Cat in the what have you brewed thread. Great beer am enjoying it, not had many Vienna lagers to compare it to but this is very quaffable and has a great balance of flavour. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Then on to a bottle of the newly booze cruise purchased La Vielle Ferme from Majestic Calais. I saw Waitrose do have something very look alike, but £4 more than we paid in France.
Very Rhone Red like.
With the soon to be carved Roast Pork.
I mostly do alcohol and carving, and eating and drinking.
Then clearing and washing up.
