Same here decided spend a month trying different alcohol free beers (so starting with Guinness Zero).

As non-alcoholic beers go this isn’t too bad at all, fairly smooth, bit of sourness and some flavour from roasted barley.

Brew day update; bittering hops are in, the user upper IPA in the BrewBucket has hit 1.009 and the dry hops are in.
Trying to decide on the aroma addition for todays Vienna.
I had planned on Mittlefreuh, but I’ve also got Saaz and Tettnang to had. I’ll give it some thought while I drink this and sanitise the conical.
