Usually brew with tap water, but going to use Tesco Ashbeck.
Entered the water profile in to Brewfather, but recommended additions seem quite far out from past threads on this site regarding Ashbeck. Any help would be appreciated.

I would use my usual pale lager profile which for Ashbeck is an addition of just 0.05 g/l calcium chloride. Giving a total of 29/4/10/11/46 Ca/Mg/Na/SO4/Cl. I also add 0.13 mL/L 80% lactic acid to bring the estimated mash pH down to 5.3. These figures depend on the actual grist colour of course.
