Woodfordes Admirals reserve replacement yeast

Hi
First time i bought a Admirals reserve kit as i usually do the wherry,so imagine my dismay to discover the bloody yeast sachets ( supposed to have two ) are missing from the kit along with the instructions, all thats included is a bag of " Goldings hop powder " that says to add complete sachet prior to yeast on it.
Rather than take it back to wilkos where i bought it from can anyone suggest a replacement yeast to use and when i actually add the hops and how long should they be in there before pitching the yeast ?

My go-to yeast for fermenting in a centrally heated house. Also known as US 05 or WLP001 or Wyeast 1056 (or some such). US 05 comes in a Red Packet. Great USP.

As Slid say CML or go back to wilko and buy some English Ale yeast (it's actually Nottingham yeast)
