Am presently brewing Wurzles orange wine and Turbo cider and two different yeasts are recommended-Safale 04 and GP.
Will the yeast make a difference or can I use the same and if so which one?
Can I buy it in bulk or are little sachets the only way?

if you want to try differnt yeast try them in little packs
they all give slightly differnt chararistic to both beer and wine. as for turbo cider I use champagne yeast as it is what younges repackage and call cider yeast.
see which one gives the best results for each of your differnt brews. Nothing like tasting the results for getting an idea of them.
if you make one particular brew because its the best one you made then buy the yeast in bulk for that.

I also tried it in a bread was a really nice bread too but too expensive unless I cultured it
you can even use bakers yeast in turbo cider , but it wont clear properly
the whole idea of turbo cider is quick and easy so any yeast you have will be ok , but you will get better reaults when you find the yeast that gives the flavour you like and clears the way you want it to
