A bit late to the bar tonight, I couldn't find my scales. Hopefully a side shot if the toaster will be ok.

I was also late because the kids had messed about with my camera settings. The standard settings never get the colours right, see bottom photo for standard. I have in it past set up pro mode but the kids have played about, resulting in the top/brighter photo. Will take some time to get it back right.

Nevertheless this riwaka pale is rather nice, really pale and hazy.

This is a first try of my lemon and rosemary rye Saison. Its only two weeks in the bottle. Lovely carbonation, deep hazy yellow. This has a lot going on, really intense aroma and flavor. Lemon, pine and herbs. This is going to take at least another 8 weeks for everything to come together. Promising start

Sounds like u need a professional palette for that lol

Love your seating area looks fab and that's only a corner

It is nice. It’s also the reason I ended up remodelling the entire garden. The project started with my wife saying “I’d quite like some more comfortable seating in the garden”.

I found one picture on my phone...

Aw thank you! I cheated a bit and put grape juice concentrate in it (it was a 5 gal batch) but its all the better for it I think. 😊
Think I'll start with a turbo cider then when summer ends what ever I can get a hold of will be wine

Something I wanted to show you. Like you say not your usual tipple but if you like it you might like this stuff? My son got my hubby one of these as part of his Christmas box and it was the most lovely thing I've ever had! So smooth and creamy! And I don't like lager, beer and stout etc.

Have you tried this or has anyone else had it? I'm not biased because I live in York honestly! 😊

Not had the 2020, the 2019 was great, I think it’s the Christmas brew and they have a different recipe each year?

Now you've found them I'm sure that's a weight off your mind! :laugh8: ;)

First of @Donegal john beers. Zeus IPA with Chinook magnum and Zeus hops. Poured of the keg, clarity is excellent. Nice light carbonation, amber colour.
Light hop aroma of pine and citrus. Sweet malt.
Flavour very similar, sweet malt, nice level of bitterness. Nice balance of hops
Good job, this is different to what I would normally make. I really enjoyed it, very easy to drink .
Good to meet you today 👍👍
