Haha yeah been over here for a while now. Unfortunately the only UK brand I can find out here are sam smiths and a few fullers options. I do pick them up on occasion.

I have a best bitter carbonating now and should have enough of a back log in a month to stop drinking this mostly disapointing professional stuff.

Well atleast you brew and you can make your own English styles whilst getting fresh American beer.🍺

And you can get German hops that we can't even get in the UK anymore thanks to Brexit 💆

Really interested in this one. I have a Munich dunkel lined up next. I might give this ago when the fridge is free. Is that on keg
Yeah it's kegged this one. Been interested in the style for a while. I went on the more bitter end of the style , preferring it to the Czech Amber Lager that I brewed. It's from the Brewing Classic Styles book.

I'm gonna leave it to condition for another week before I bottle some but I will send you a bottle at the end of the month.
I have a few lined up to send in return. I am really enjoying the Saison with hallertau Blanc. I have a Belgian pale cold crashing that I added the dregs from a couple bottles of Orval

Digging into the back catalogue this is my Brett Saison brewed using wlp670.
I seem to really struggle with this yeast to get good carbonation

Saison with Blanc sounds an interesting combo. I noticed that you mentioned about wyeast 1214. I have never used this yeast, how are you finding it? Is it fairly neutral and does it attenuate well?

It attenuates well but is seriously slow at starting. I mean maybe two days before you see any activity. It's a nice yeast very subtle flavours, I kept the temp at the mid range around 20.

Trying out another cashmere pale ale. Still not very happy with it. I might try to brew a small batch with just 1450 to see if it's the yeast or cashmere hops that I don't like.

I opened a bag of the most amazing smelling citra I have ever had. I might get a second brew going with an all citra IPA soon.
