Disappointed we didn't get the win. I thought Liverpool were excellent in the second half.

Hard seltzer has cleared very well. Ignore the condensation, it's crystal.Wasn't sure it would do, as quite cloudy at kegging. Good ol' Brausol P.

A kodiak brown ale from mad squirrel brewery in the spoons.
I would say a brown ale should be browner but... thus is very nice, piney hops, if I could I'd have a few of these but alas, just the one.

Sorry..the seltzer. When I hear seltzer I think of belly ache medicine!
I have heard of of it but have no clue what it is
It's fermented sugar water, essentially. Sort of replicates a vodka & soda. Usually flavoured with fruit flavouring (Black Cherry in this one). It's for my partner and her sister to have in a few weeks, but I wanted to check the clarity.
Dextrose, water, yeast, and lots of nutrient, some flavouring at packaging and that's all there is to it.
There's a few brands (White Claw is probably biggest), but they're an absolute rip off for what they are.

Early try of my latest Saison. I used omega saisonstein monster yeast. Nice but it needs time to condition.
I did my last NHS sessions today, so Iām treating myself to a few beers. First up, a pint of 80/-
At the pub yesterday and again for lunch today but I did get some work done in the garden between downpours. I was drinking Trigger from Musket Brewery at the pub and at home started with my Baltic Porter. Iāve now moved on to my Black IPA which has unexpectedly developed a rich creamy head

Thanks Rod. Iām a little bit unsure about it because the IPA bitterness and flavour combined with the dark colour and the creamy stout-like head are all messing with my head! Maybe Iāve not got the balance right but I think I might prefer a Schwarzbier.
