Just drank the last of my oxidised but very drinkable NEIPA.
Sadly, I only have 1 DIPA left and the wife's homebrew twang laden Saison.

I've a replacement on the go, but I think like the last one, it's got a horrid taste so I've obviously got something wrong in the ingredients.

I need more bottles tbf. Only have around 100. I'm tempted to ask on my local FB group for 330ml ones and I'll make the Duvel clone if I can get around 60 - I've got all the ingredients standing by.

Just doing a bit of bottling and I don’t seem to ever be able to get it right, there’s always a little left over. 🤷‍♂️

It's fermentor to cask transfer day for my Hoppy Bitter.
I'm hoping it will drop clearer than this, it usually does with this yeast.
Recovered Nottingham.
Not quite as dark as I'd hoped, but it'll do.
At least it's not a pale ale, but I didn't want to over crystal malt it and overwhelm the hops. Success. OG1048,
FG1008 and 42 IBU Cascade, EKG and Simcoe in the brew and dry hopping.
Obviously the FG sample needed to be QC'd.
Hoppy, smooth malt flavour then bitter takes over 'til the end.
Reminds me of (Whitbread) Fremlins Trophy of yore, not surprising considering the amount of EKGs in it, just a little richer due to my malts.
I'll just have to be patient until it clears and mature's properly.
🍻
