I'm still loving it. At Filey this weekend for a short jolly and I got burnt today, swimming in the North Sea. It's ace!
We were having to re-spray the kids every hour with factor 1 billion though...

Stop moaning!! Its lovely. I bet you'll be moaning it's too cold come winter (I do that's why I'm enjoying the hot weather)
I read in the paper today that the hottest ever temp was recorded (reliably) in Africa this summer. It was 51C at a weather station in Algeria.

I love it on Saturday and Sunday. Kids love playing in the garden and it makes entertaining them so easy. It’s mainly the commute I’m hating

I am with Gunge I really don't like it this hot I don't miss the rain but I would be happy if it was a few degrees lower.

My train into clapham junction this eve was boiling, and there wasnt many people in the carriage I was in due the the fact I travel the oppostie direction to a lot of commuters (from the 'burbs in the the city and visa versa in the morning).
I stopped at a station and a train going the opposite direction (from the city into the 'burbs) stopped on the next track to mine. The train was packed with lots of people standing. God knows how hot it must have been in there as it was a train similar to the one I was on - no air conditioning.
